Green Goddess Detox Juice

I'm all about the greens. I make a daily commitment to myself to incorporate vegetables & greens into every meal - that includes breakfast. Sometimes I try to hide it, but most of the time I embrace the nutrient-dense beauty of these delicious whole foods. Dark leafy greens are a must. They are so rich in micronutrients. The more vibrant dark greens consist of higher levels of Chlorophyll. Lets chat about Chlorophyll for a moment - it's essentially plant blood. Chlorophyll aids in detoxifying our blood, gently detoxes our livers, cleanes our intestines, providing energy (without a crash), stimulates our immune systems, anti-inflammatory + anti-fungal + anti-bacterial properties, aids in reducing harmful cholesterol levels, internal deodorizer - and the list goes on! Ever wonder what the obsession with Wheat Grass is about? Well it's about 70% pure Chlorophyll. Fun Fact - 3 ounces of Parsley equals 2 Tablespoons of Chlorophyll.

Vegetables & Greens I always have on hand - Spinach + Romaine + Celery + Cucumber + Zucchini + Kale + Rainbow Swiss Chard + Collard Greens + Arugula + Mixed Greens + Dandelion Greens + Wheat Grass + Cilantro + Basil + Avocado (I know it's a fruit but it's truly one of my favourite green things.) - just to name a few!
