Pineapple Avocado Salsa

REFRESHING + DELICIOUS + NUTRITIOUS

This is probably one of my FAV summer recipes. I'm all for minimalistic & easy recipes. The sun is shining and the heat is rising outside (I'm not complaining, I am a total Sun Bunny) so I'd rather not be using the stove & keep inside nice & cool.

PINEAPPLE - anti.inflammatory + enzymes + immune system support + vitamin C 

AVOCADO - healthy fats + fibre + potassium 

CILANTRO - heavy metal chelation + minerals + vitamins + phytonutrients  

LIME - ph balance + balance blood sugar + improve digestion 

 

PINAPPLE AVOCADO SALSA

  • 1/2 ripe Organic Pineapple

  • 2 ripe Organic Avocados

  • 1/4 Organic Red Onion

  • 2 fresh Organic Limes (or 2 tbsp of fresh lime juice)

  • 1/2 cup fresh Organic Cilantro *optional - you either love it or hate it

All you need is your favourite sharp knife & sturdy cutting board. Dice up all your ingredients & combine into a summery serving bowl & enjoy with tortilla chips, tacos, or fajitas!
